Crispy Fried Burger Recipe



  INGREDIENTS

Chicken fillet 6 pcs

Chopped red pepper 1 teaspoon

Mustard Powder 1 teaspoon

Garlic Salt 1 teaspoon

Chicken Powder 1 teaspoon

Salt Half 1 teaspoon

Chili sauce 2 tablespoons

Worcestershire Sauce 2 tablespoons

 

For Better:

 

Baking Powder 1 teaspoon

Salt Half 1 teaspoon

Flour 4 tablespoons

Rice flour 4 tablespoons

cold water .............. As required

Egg 1

For coating:

 

Flour Half a cup

Earn Flakes Half a cup

Brad Crums 1 cup

Chips 1 cup

Corn Floor 6 tablespoons


 METHOD

Coat the chicken breast flakes. Now mix the chopped pepper, mustard powder, garlic salt, salt, chicken powder, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce and leave for six to eight hours. Mix flour, corn flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt and eggs with cold water to make batter. For the coating: Mix the flour, chopped corn flakes, breadcrumbs and chopped chips well. Dip marinated breastfly into the batter and apply to the coating. Deep fry in hot oil, remove when golden brown. Now cut the bun. Put mayonnaise on top. Finally place the salad leaves, fried chicken fillets and cheese slices, add the ketchup on top. Serve with french fries
